In communicating with the design team, he identified exactly what dimensions he had to work with and they came up with a variety of possible solutions. Dale was able to go back to the team to discuss the final dimensions, layout and the specific placement of door and window to maximise privacy and functionality.
Dale describes how he thoroughly enjoyed working with the design team, finding them friendly and providing excellent communication throughout every stage of the project. He said that making small tweaks and changes as part of the process were never a problem and that it all felt like a part of the service.
While Dale was originally looking for a workspace, he soon realised that there would be ample room for him to use his drum kit and develop a small working music studio as well. He loves the fact that he can use his E-Space as a working office Monday to Friday and then has the option to work on his music projects over the weekend – particularly when the house if full of children!
Dale explained just how happy he is with the final product itself and said that he really appreciated the modular design process and the quality of the materials used in its construction. He rates the benefits of the composite materials in dealing with Scottish weather and appreciates that it requires no continual upkeep – unlike traditional timber finishes. His latest wintry photograph shows just how effective the 100mm deep insulation and heating design is in making his space ideal for all year round living.
He loves the fact that friend and family can join him in his garden room to share in his music projects and how they are impressed with the overall look and build quality.
Dale rated his entire experience from the initial design to the installation of his final product as a 10 out of 10 experience and has provided a 5-star review on Google which can be read in more detail here.
